It is official! City of Guelph 2018 Municipal Election Results

The City of Guelph released official results for the 2018 Municipal Election. Life seems a lot quieter today.

Mayor Cam Guthrie (elected) with with 67% support. Opponent Aggie Mlynarz had only 33% support in her second bid as a Guelph candidate, running previously in the provincial election.

Elected Council

Ward 1 – Dan Gibson and Bob Bell
Ward 2 – James Gordon and Rodrigo Goller
Ward 3 – Phil Allt and June Hoffland
Ward 4 – Christine Billings and Mike Salisbury
Ward 5 – Leanne Piper and Cathy Downer
Ward 6 – Dominique O’Rourke and Mack MacKinnon

Upper Grand District School Board

Wards 1 & 5 – Mark Bailey and Martha MacNeil
Wards 2, 3 & 4 – Mike Foley and Linda Bustutill
(Ward 6 and Puslinch final numbers due this week)

Wellington Catholic District School Board elected Joe Tersigni, Marino Gazzola, Vikki Dupuis and Sebastian Dal Bo.

Conseil scolairecatholique Mon Avenir and Conseil scolaire Viamonde numbers due this week.
