Attempt ATM Theft

On the 29th of December, 2019 two suspects entered a bank located on Clair Road and attempted to steal the ATM.  A cut-off saw was used in the attempted theft.  The suspects were unsuccessful and fled the scene in a dark coloured sedan.  This investigation is still ongoing.

Break and Enter – 4 Vehicles Stolen

On the 30th of December, 2019 a business owner contacted the Guelph Police Service to report that his business had been entered sometime during the night of Sunday December 29th and Monday December 30th.  The business, which is located in the area of Speedvale Ave West and Elmira Road North, was entered by the suspects through a smashed window.

Four vehicles and a dealer licence plate were stolen in this incident, with an approximate value  of $36,000. The investigation is currently ongoing.
